WHAT IS CAMU CAMU?
Camu Camu (Myrciaria Dubia) is fruit bush that grows around the Amazon Rainforest in Brazil, Peru, and Columbia.    Over the last few years, the dried fruit powder has become one of the top superfoods in the health world, especially due to its incredible levels of Vitamin C (60x higher than Oranges/Lemons).   The raw powder in these capsules contain 13% Vitamin C, in its natural form - and each cap has the RDA for pure Vitamin C.

WHAT IT DOES:

1. Camu Camu provides a full natural Vitamin C Complex, with very high levels of important phytonutrients called Carotenoids (especially Lutein and Zeaxanthin which are vital for healthy eyes).       
2. It is high in anti-oxidants, with an ORAC rating of 52,000 (Blueberries are 9,000 — Strawberries are 4,300)
3. Most importantly, it is raw, so the Vitamin C and nutrients have not been denatured by heating and processing.

OUR CAPSULES:

The capsules we use are made from Pullulan, which is synthesised from tapioca - it is completely inert in the human body, and non-allergenic.   Pullulan is superior to the more common HPMC vegetarian capsules, or gelatine ones, and is highly resistant to oxygen (keeping the product inside fresher).    Unlike tablets, capsules don’t require multiple binding agents, coatings, and preservatives - so you get fewer ingredients.
