We provide 100% free shipping within the UK - orders under £15 generally go with Royal Mail 1st Class... larger orders up to £90 go with Evri (Hermes)... and orders over that go with DPD Local. 

Most orders can be upgraded to a different courier, or service such as Special Delivery for an additional cost.

Orders up to 600 capsules, or 500g powders, will generally go through letterboxes, as we endeavour to use slim packaging.
