MSM can be mixed in any cold liquid drink, such as water, juice, or a protein shake.

IF YOU ARE NEW TO MSM, START WITH 2G PER DAY FOR FIRST WEEK TO AVOID UPSET STOMACH...  AFTER THIS, YOU CAN INCREASE TO THE DESIRED DOSAGE.

MOST COMMON DOSAGES FOR BODYWEIGHT:
  • 38-57 Kg (6-9 Stones)     -- 3 GRAMS/DAY
  • 58-76 Kg (9-12 Stones)   -- 4 GRAMS/DAY
  • 77-95 Kg (12-15 Stones) -- 5 GRAMS/DAY
  • Over 95 Kg (15 Stones)  -- 6 GRAMS/DAY


Note: MSM is water soluble, and is not toxic.    Therefore, it is not possible to take too much, as is the case with some vitamins and other supplements.    Many people take 10 - 20 grams every day, especially if suffering from arthritis or other ailments.   It is recommended to “build up” to much larger amounts.    The benefits of MSM generally take several weeks before becoming apparent, so it is not necessary to take much larger dosages if you don’t feel any different.

  • START WITH 0.5G OR 1G PER DAY TO ENSURE NO NEGATIVE REACTIONS
  • INCREASE TO 1.5G - 2G PER DAY AS A MAINTENANCE DOSE (PREFERABLY AS TWO DOSES THROUGHOUT DAY)
